Congressman John Hall in Mankato: Veterans disability claims

Here's a clip of Congressman Hall discussing the work of the Subcommittee  on Disability Assistance and Memorial Affairs.  Congressman Walz travelled to Hall's district with members of the subcommittee to hear testimony about the personal costs of the backlog of  hundreds of thousands of disability claims.  Apologies for the lighting and the angle of the shot, but the venue didn't allow a clean shot.
