As she begins her second year in the U.S. Senate, Amy Klobuchar will be traveling to southwestern and western Minnesota as part of her 2008 Main Street Tour of local communities throughout Minnesota.
“I visited every one of Minnesota’s 87 counties during 2007, and I look forward to doing it again in 2008,” said Klobuchar

Update: The acting Secretary of Agriculture says without major changes in the conference committee, Bush will veto the Farm Bill:
The man who runs the U.S. Department of Agriculture says lots of work remains before a new five-year farm bill can escape President Bush's veto pen and become law.
Amy Klobuchar totally disses and ignores her home county (and where 1/4 of the state lives), Hennepin County - and Minneapolis - choosing only to stop there when fundraising. She has yet to do an open town meeting here. Bachmann doesn't represent me, but I put Klobuchar in the same category as Bachmann on constitutuent service. She has yet to get back to me when I have contacted her.
