Hugh Gitlin

Has he steered money from PACs to his local party unit?

Answer from Bluestem Prairie: No way to determine that in a Minnesota special election, since party committees and PACs don't have to report about special election activity.

I'm in this district. The mailing promoting Karla Bigham was from the DFL Party of Minnesota. But on the McNamara side, I've received mailings from 3 different 3rd parties. Today's mailing was an "independent expenditure" from "Minnesota's Future Committee" which claimed "Denny McNamara will be our Check and Balance to Liberal Big Spenders". I've gotten two previous ones from them. There were two from "Citizens for Denny McNamara". Another one from a PAC with the same mailing address as the Greater Metropolitan Auto Dealers Association in West St. Paul.
