This is interesting because the Rochester Chamber of Commerce is one of the groups that make up the "Rochester Coalition" that is opposing the DM&E expansion. I hope that Chamber members attending the debate get to ask questions, because Gutknecht should get hammered in this type of forum.

On the subject of terrorism, I think it will be a plus for Walz if Gutknecht tries to use the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks to shift the focus of the debate to terrorism. Walz could just refer to Bush's "Axis of Evil" speech and point out that, after 3+ years of Bush and the GOP Congress in power, Iraq, Iran, and North Korea all pose a much greater threat than they did when Bush made the AoE reference in the State of the Union. It would also give Walz a chance to make Gutknecht talk about Iraq, something he can't seem to find a consistent position on.
