The Rochester Post Bulletin reports that there's going to be a concert for flood relief on Sunday:
What: Life Vest, a fundraiser for southeastern Minnesota flood victims.
When: 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Sept. 16 at the Rochester International Event Center, 7333 Airport View Drive S.W.
Admission: $5 at the door. Children under 10 will be admitted free with a parent. All proceeds go to the American Red Cross for the benefit of southeastern Minnesota flood victims.
