We chuckled at this post on the Election Advantage blog:
Oh dear, I feel for the person in Davis' campaign, who was forced to write the headline for this poll: "Brian Davis Releases New Poll Showing Walz Fading." Well, fading from a 27 point lead to an 18 point lead is a position almost any incumbent would like to be in. At the top of the ticket, McCain leads Obama by 2, which is down a bit from Bush's 4 point victory here in 2004.
With the 5.7 MOE in this poll, 2 points isn't statistically significant. If we accept this snapshot, the presidential race is a dead heat in the First.
