Cheers went up from the floor of Congress on C-SPAN as the bailout bill passed 263-171. In Minnesota's Congressional delegation, only Ramstad switched sides, joining Kline, McCollum, Ellison and Oberstar in the affirmative. Walz, Bachmann and Peterson voted no.
