Speaking of debates, our friend Chad posts his observations at the Franken/Coleman/Barkley debate Sunday in Getting Back to Normal. Walz's challenger makes a cameo appearance:
I would guess it was around 6 p.m. that a bus full of Coleman supporters was brought in. The stayed in a group, together, near the door. It looked like the first district's favorite millionaire self-financing before the reporting period ends doctor, Brian Davis, made an appearance. The ridiculous chant of “drill baby, drill” was heard briefly. And I thought Davis was an oncologist. I guess I was wrong. He must be a dentist.
We suspect that the "drill baby drill" chants were heard only briefly because someone figured out what Dr. Davis hasn't: Norm Coleman opposes drilling in ANWR and is a member of the so-called "Gang of 20." Oopsie!
Minnesota Central notices that Palin Disagrees with Davis (again) and concludes:
Governor Palin has been far from impressive, but Dr. Davis’ ideology makes Governor Palin seem that she is the one with the engineering degree.
We surrender any claims as champion Davis snark generators to Chad and McPherson.
