Via a post by our friend Hal at Blueman, we're looking at data online at Minnesota Public Radio about Twin Cities media buys by the Walz and Davis campaigns, which have thrown in $458,410 for ads in the outlets.
Here are the Davis buys:
Station | Amount | Ads | Start | End | |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
KARE | $62,200 | 98 | 10/25/08 | 11/03/08 | Details |
WCCO | $59,220 | 65 | 10/25/08 | 11/03/08 | Details |
KSTP | $34,175 | 73 | 10/25/08 | 11/03/08 | Details |
KMSP | $22,400 | 56 | 10/25/08 | 11/03/08 | Details |
Comcast | $905 | 90 | 08/25/08 | 09/08/08 | Details |
And the Walz buys:
One Davis ad has been running on stations in the First, though it's not in heavy rotation. Nor does it look as if Davis is doing much in the cable market that overlaps in the Cities. We look forward to seeing today's FEC reports from both candidates to see what spend is recorded in the filings.
And what better reason to suggest that you give a contribution to Tim Walz's campaign by midnight deadline (the pre-general election report deadline) and to post one of the Congressman's ads:
