Just in from the Franken campaign:
OLMSTED COUNTY FAILS TO COUNT 27 ACCEPTED ABSENTEE BALLOTS, FRANKEN ASKS DISTRICT COURT TO INTERVENE
Ballots Were Accepted, Mistakenly Left Uncounted - Hearing Scheduled For This Afternoon
A hearing on the matter is expected to take place this afternoon.
Communications Director Andy Barr:
"These ballots belong to Minnesotans who took the proper steps to ensure their voices were heard and, in fact, the county accepted the ballots. They remain uncounted only because of an administrative error that can and should be fixed. We continue to maintain that all lawful votes should be counted, and urge the Court to enforce that principle today."
Stay tuned.
