When we last wrote about the year-end FEC filings, neither Michele Bachmann nor her 2008 DFL opponent, El Tinklenberg, has filed their reports. A quick glance today had us pondering how some folks can survive on so little in these challenging financial times.
While this post isn't timely (the reports were filed at the end of January), the information in Bachmann's report is startling: her congressional campaign committee ended the year with $1918.92 in the bank. All of her large contributions from individuals were from out of state.
No wonder we're seeing her trotting around the pundit circuit. Poor baby. Does her 2008 DFL opponent have any change left?
