While the front now coming in doesn't look as if it's going to serve up the foot of snow predicted yesterday, WCCO reports that things will get dicey in Western Minnesota and the Worthington Globe relays news of a winter weather advisory warning of bad driving conditions.
What better day to stay in and watch a congressional hearing? The House Veterans Affairs Committee will hear important testimony about the VA Budget request for FY2010 today at 1:00 p.m. Central time. The committee will provide a live webcast of the proceedings. The webcast can be viewed at the time by clinking on the icon on the upper left hand corner of the page.
For those more comfortable with conventional television, CSPAN will also cover the hearing.
