The best reform that we could have is expanding the number of work visas available for immigrant workers. Obviously there is great demand for labor in this country but Washington artificially sets the quota too low (I wonder what lobbying group pressures to keep that number down...). Expand the number of visas, reduce illegal immigration, identity theft goes down, workers have legal status and all the benefits that we confer to legal immigrants/persons on work visas.
