Rep. Gruenhagen will find a few laws stand in the way of his fantasy... A few years back his republican cohorts pushed through a ban on state funding of "gender reassignment" procedures such as chemical or actual physical castration. Of course, It sounds like Rep. Gruenhagen would be happy to volunteer his services with the knife to get around the law.
