It is interesting that with the noose picture, Cornish states : "The only sure cure for repeat offenders." I wonder if this applies to those who are/were repeat offenders for things like stealing gas or poaching animals? Of course this statement has no correlation to the past actions of State Representative Cornish. It is just a theoretical question and any relation to specific individuals is purely a coincidence.

By the way, Cornish is no longer a police chief. He resigned so that he could do a better job as a legislator.
