It's a match made in heaven: Bradlee Dean and Mary Franson.
Sadly, Dean is married--and very very mad about Franson supposedly apologizing. (We missed that part).
Bluestem couldn't find the apology on the Representative Mary Franson Facebook page, but Franson, an avid golfer has posted something that's fairly entertaining about Wilfare that she borrowed from another:
Facebook friends, I need your help. I'm putting together a proposal for a public-private partnership in which the State of Minnesota (you) will subsidize my golf membership. It will help create jobs (groundskeepers, clubhouse attendants, restaurant and bar staff, starter, etc..) and will definitely enhance my quality of life.
Does anyone know PGA Commissioner Tim Finchem? I'm thinking if I have him lobby the legislators in St. Paul, it will definitely increase my chances.
Lastly, if we can't pull this together by the end of the month, I might just move to South Dakota.
Sounds like she's moved on already as far as Earth Day goes and if anyone can find the apology, please send it Bluestem's way. Ken Avidor supplied the audio of Bradlee Dean's anti-Franson rant:
Whatever financial problems the Republican Party of Minnesota and its friends may be going through, they're a rich trove of raw material on the Bluestem Prairie.
