St Cloud Times reporter Mark Sommerhauser writes in Independence candidate files for seat:

In addition to being a small-business owner, McKee says he spent decades working in the banking industry. He says that financial background would serve him well in the Legislature.

The special election for Minnesota House District 14A will take
