Thanks for quoting Dickens so well and at length. He was very good at what he did, and what he did was use his considerable skill with words to strike blow upon blow against the 1%.

Dickens scared the bejeezus out of the Krinkies of his era, which is why they went to such great lengths to try and take the meaty revolutionary hearts out of his stories and reduce them to mere gloppy sentiment.
