RE: Rushing through a sleaze-o-matic bill just to screw the workers -- I would say that I can't believe even the North Dakota legislature would try something that scummy, but since they just did with their "hog house" stunt, they obviously are quite capable of trying something that scummy.

Editor's note: Bluestem isn't sure that the new law could be retroactive.
