A friendly reader sends along this tip:
Bradlee Dean's headquarters in downtown Annandale have for rent signs on the windows.
Dean is controversial for repeated homophobic statements on this radio show, his leadership redacted opening prayer in the Minnesota House that questioned President Obama's faith, weird student assemblies in Iowa, an unsuccessful defamation lawsuit against Rachel Maddow and bunches of other stuff.
We asked for photos and were directed to this listing for an Annandale - Commercial Building 125 Oak Avenue North, Annandale, MN 55302. Since You Can Run (as it now calls itself) lists Suite 200 as its address, we wondered that perhaps the ministry is simply offering some of its extra space.
But another listing of the same property at City Feet clarified the situation, that the "Total Space Available: 6,527 SF" and that the space could be divided, with the minimum divisible at 2,000 SF. The description notes:
Great property with multiple offices and a heated garage (1,740/sf). Beautiful space on the main street in Annandale. Garage is heated and has (3) 12'x12' O.H. doors 1 at front of building and 2 at the back so 1 set of overheads create a drive thru the garage. Current user using the entire 6,527/sf. Space divisible.

I live in Annandale and I noticed it a few weeks ago.
Building looks empty…no cars parked in front during normal business times, but stuff still in street facing offices
It's hard to assess the status of the ministry--which relies on street teams in the field--from the number of cars parked outside during the day. Is the ministry moving? Downsizing? All of the space is being offered.
Here are the photos that accompany the property listing at City Feet, which clearly illustrates that space the ministry is using is up for grabs. Maybe Wonkette could open a rural Minnesota office to further its dreams of being sued for defamation by the toxic metal preacher.

So this is what happens when Walmart and other stores kick you off of their property.
I was wondering if the Walmart sites were YCRBYCH's main source of money. This would lend weight to that belief.
