Captured on the Minnesota House floor: Pat Garofalo reacts to Jim Newberger

Minnesota ALEC public sector co-chair Pat Garofalo  (R-Farmington) may have gotten in hot water for his dogwhistling tweet about NBA players, but that didn't stop him from passing judgment on Agenda 21 conspiracy-pushing Jim Newberger.

Update: At Bluestem's request, The Uptake has processed the entire video of Newberger's rant about a "bait and switch" by polar explorer Will Steger. ( Garofalo makes his move at the 1:50 mark). The rant came during with discussion of a bill related to the Legislative Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources, aka lottery money:
