I was glad to see you included the information from the Secretary of State's office that voters are now able to request absentee ballots online -- not just register online. Both features are new since 2010 and were authorized by a law that Steve Simon helped shepherd through his committee.

Following up on my previous comment, I realize I shortchanged Steve Simon by merely saying he "helped shepherd" the bill providing for online registration and online absentee ballot application. He was actually the lead author of that bill, HF 2096. https://www.revisor.mn.gov/bills/bill.php?b=House&f=HF2096&ssn=0&y=2014
