Every picture tells a story, even when the campaign manager retweets a different message

A  friend drew our attention to the tweet above, in an email with the subject line, "I don't get it," and a single sentence:

Why tweet such words when they accompany this kind of picture?

Bluestem no explanation, nor any greater understanding ehy Newman for Attorney General campaign manager and communications guru Dave Thompson would retweet the post with two different accounts.

Perhaps they're simply living in the joy of the singular moment: being able to go coatless in Minnesota in the middle of October.

Or it's a mystery.
