Phoenix Woman

Funny how we never heard Word One from the hyper-ruralist Republican Party of Minnesota about the 'burbs during the 2014 campaign.

Funny also how we never heard the conflating and confusing of Twin Cities suburbia (especially the West Metro spots where the RPM's zillionaire patrons hang out) with Greater Minnesota until after Bluestem pointed out that stalwart rural urbanist Julie Rosen has a 5800-square-foot million-dollar mansion in Mendota Heights while her home of record in her Senate district is a tiny 816-square-foot cottage that's smaller than a lot of one-bedroom-plus-den apartments out there.

Just sayin', y'know.
