The lack of a voice vote struck me also. Nobody asked for a roll call? To me, and this is just me, when a voice vote on a controversial subject is taken, it's so people cannot be forced on record to show how they voted.

That's one part of Senator Wellstone's legacy I enjoyed -- his requesting roll call votes to keep the other 99 honest.
