Why did Cornish direct this particular letter to the DFL representatives and their staffs?

Does anyone else what that was supposed to prove?


Why not simply send it as a Facebook message to his friends or the public? Why write it as if he has to school the DFL reps. on whatever it is he's trying to make a point?
