We reported earlier in Divided government or #mnleg pro-rassling? Forum News hosts pre-session briefing Monday that the annual event might be lively after Governor Dayton and Speaker Daudt held a brief and rancorous meeting Friday about the Special Session That Was Not To Be.
Since then, the Governor's office has notified the press that he is sick and will not attend today's Electoral College Assembly nor the pre-session briefing. The legislative caucus leaders will be there to answer the media's questions.
