It's interesting to note that Ward 2, which Mr. Johnson represents (and full disclosure, is where I live) voted 54% for Hillary Clinton in 2016, winning six of the seven precincts in the ward. Is Mr. Johnson speaking on behalf of his constituents on this topic?
