The editors are right to call out the baloney of shocked legislative leaders. Voting in different representatives and, when possible, senators is definitely a reasonable response to that. However, I also think we as a state should consider carefully whether we've set up our constitution to encourage bad behavior at the ends of sessions and whether we might change that. https://www.minnpost.com/community-voices/2018/05/session-ends-badly-again-heres-one-way-fix
