After Acting Speaker Laurie Halverson ruled that Daudt's point of order was not well-taken, Daudt objected and continued talking, despite Rochester DFLer Tina Leibling asking for members to avoid calling motives into question, until he melted down, yelling about how he was angry. At that point, Roseville DFLer Jamie Becker-Finn rises to remind the body that the language members used should be temperate, decorous and respectful.
While it's not clearly visible on the video, he also threw the rule book.
