On Monday, we posted in A curious sidenote about environment, climate change & the Minnesota Values Agenda, that the DFL House Caucus hadn't mentioned climate change or the environment in its Minnesota Values Agenda or Minnesota Values Plan, while both issues were coming to the fore for voters, according to a recent report in the Star Tribune (Climate change becomes key voter concern in Minnesota, across U.S.)
Two fellows in Minnesota politics who aren't afraid to discuss climate change? Dayton Republican Eric Lucero and Glencoe's Republican Glenn Gruenhagen. Back in 2015, Susan Du included both in Meet the Minnesota Legislature's Top 5 Climate Change Deniers, and a video posted on Tuesday on Lucero's Facebook page suggests they're not budging.
Under the headnote:
GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE
A recent news article reported the increase of "climate grief" in many young people worried about global warming robbing their future.
In today’s short video I'm joined by colleague State Rep. Glenn Gruenhagen to discuss the fraud perpetrated by those pushing the absolute lie of human-caused global climate change.
Visitors are treated to this:
And to think that Minnesota Public Radio once reported Minnesota Republicans change their tone on climate change. Just kidding.
Here's the link to the article the state legislators poke fun at: Young Minnesotans with 'climate grief' are feeling anxiety – and taking action.
Surely, this video is sure to win election and influence young people.
Screengrab: Gruenhagen and Lucero owning the libs or something.

They appear to be living in the 1950s, climate change is real.
Oil companies were aware in the 1960s, Congress was warned in the 70s.
By the way it’s 2019 and there is no debate of the science of climate change due to the use of fossil fuels releasing heat trapping carbon dioxide.
Unfortunately our children will pay for this ignorant denial of science.
