Readers will get a chance to watch the Candidate Forum: Republican Primary House 16B tonight on Facebook. Conservative activist and long-time Dorr family associate Tammy Houle and incumbent state legislator Paul Torkelson have the opportunity to answer voters' questions in a forum tonight.
We've written about the challenger in GOP candidate tied to notorious Dorr family taking on Rep. Paul Torkelson (Minnesota Reformer); Torkelson endorsed on first ballot by 77 percent of House District 16B Republican delegates; and Republican primary set for MN House District 16B when Dorr associate Houle files for office .
While we encourage curious readers from outside the district to watch, we discourage sending in questions by those who don't live in the district. The forum is staged to help district voters to make up their minds and the questions should come from those able to vote for the candidates.
