Sign of the times in Big Stone County, Minnesota

A friend posted the photo above on Facebook with the note:

Reporting from Western Rural Minnesota. A friend alerted me to this yard art on the outskirts of my community. She found it to be the most racist sign she had ever seen. I believe the intent was racist but for me, just largely confusing.

We wondered if it were a call back to the days of Emmett Till? A call to racist bigamy? Failed humor?

The sign was thirty feet from a 4 X 8 Trump Pence sign.
