We encourages all readers who are eligible to vote in November. For Minnesotans, there's same-day registration at the polls, as well as other methods. Here in South Dakota, your registration application has to be received by your county auditor 15 days before an election. Instructions here.
For readers in other states, visit your Secretary of State's website to learn about your state's rules if you're not registered already or to check to make sure you're still on the rolls.
