The United State Surgeon General Jerome Adams has other ideas. At the Rapid City Journal, Morgan Matzen reports in U.S. Surgeon General visits South Dakota to set up COVID-19 surge testing site:
U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams is in South Dakota for the first time during the COVID-19 pandemic. . . .
The top health official in the U.S. announced his arrival in South Dakota late Sunday night with a tweet from Mount Rushmore:
"In South Dakota to help open a COVID-19 surge testing site," Adams said. "Met up with George, Thomas, Theodore and Abe. They aren't wearing masks in this picture, but we were outside and definitely six feet apart! They wanted me to tell you — masks are patriotic, and lead to more freedom!"
