In Rep. Tim Miller signs onto letter asking Minnesota be added to lawsuit that seeks to overturn 2020 election, West Central Tribune staff writer Mark Wasson reported on Friday:
Minnesota State Rep. Tim Miller has signed onto a letter requesting the Texas Attorney General add Minnesota to his lawsuit that seeks to throw out election results in four other states that went for president-elect Joe Biden.
The letter, sent by Minnesota State Rep. Steve Drazkowski who represents District 21B, alleges that Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon violated election laws and deems the November election unconstitutional. Thirteen other Minnesota state politicians signed on as well.
Miller did not respond when asked if signing the letter means that his re-election in Minnesota House District 17A was also then conducted illegally.
Behold the power of understatement in the hands of a skilled reporter.
Later the same day, the Tribune shared a report from Reuters, U.S. Supreme Court swiftly ends Trump-backed Texas bid to upend election results.
Thank heavens Representative Miller won't have to answer that question.
