In a letter to the McLeod County Chronicle, Gruenhagen rejects claims he backs conspiracy theories, the Sibley County Republican concludes:
Now let’s consider the presidential election. A new documentary produced by Mike Lindell was just released. It is titled “Absolute Proof.” (Find the documentary at www.bitchute.com)
This documentary provides proof positive by computer and cyber security experts that there was foreign election interference through voting machines connected to the internet which switched millions of votes in swing states from President Trump to Biden. This is nothing short of cyber warfare, since over 66 percent of the hacking was done by Communist China, according to Mike LIndell’s documentary.
Trying to silence and intimidate 75 million Trump voters who question the irregularities of the election is un-American. Therefore, it is imperative that we investigate and pass laws securing our elections or we may never have another lawful presidential election in the U.S.

At FactCheck.org, Saranac Hale Spencer and Angelo Fichera report in MyPillow CEO’s Video Rehashes Debunked Election Fraud Claims:
Quick Take
A two-hour video, claiming to prove that the 2020 presidential election was “stolen” from former President Donald Trump, has been viewed tens of thousands of times online and aired on the cable channel One America News Network. But the video rehashes baseless conspiracy theories and debunked claims.
Full Story
Three months after Election Day and two weeks after President Joe Biden took office, a video rehashing debunked claims of fraud played repeatedly on the conservative cable station One America News Network.
Mike Lindell — an avid supporter of former President Donald Trump and CEO of MyPillow, Inc. — created and presented the video, which reportedly aired with a disclaimer saying that it expressed his “opinion” and that he had purchased the airtime starting Feb. 5 and extending through the weekend.
It was viewed tens of thousands of times on social media, including YouTube and Facebook.
The video is titled: “Absolute Proof.” But Lindell’s assertion that the election was “stolen” from Trump has no factual basis and many of the claims he relies on in the roughly two-hour video have already been debunked.
Biden won both the Electoral College and the popular vote in an election federal, state and local election officials called “the most secure in American history.” Then-Attorney General William Barr said there were no signs of fraud on a scale that would have changed the results. A group of 59 election-security experts and computer scientists signed a letter explaining that widespread claims of fraud “either have been unsubstantiated or are technically incoherent.” Dozens of current and former Republican officials or party brass have publicly rejected the claims. And federal, state, and local courts that have been presented with allegations of fraud have dismissed the suits.
Despite that, the falsehoods persist. . . .

Apparently on Planet Gruenhagen, the only way to deny one supports conspiracy theories about the 2020 election is to encourage constituents to wallow in the latest iteration of those conspiracy theories.
Gruenhagen is replying to former constituent and recently retired St. Peter Herald editor Dana Melius' Letter - He takes issue with GOP’s math, perception of reality.
While Melius sticks to the conspiracy theories related to claims of election fraud and those who share them, in Gruenhagen opens a whatabout firehose of accusations against Melius and Democrats, climate change, abortion and whatever else the Glencoe insurance agent found in the kitchen sink that morning.
Representative Gruenhagen won the 2020 election in Minnesota House District 18B with 71.37 percent of the vote, outperforming every Republican on the ballot save Minnesota Senator Newman.
As we reported on Tuesday evening, Gruenhagen told MN House Health committee hydroxychloroquine cured his wife's COVID. Representative Gruenhagen also caught a much more mild case of the coronavirus at the time.
We do not believe that the conservative Sibley County Republican incurred the cognitive damage that can accompany the disease. He was born this way.
