It's not up yet on the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA) website's events page, but Stand Up for Liberty, a South Dakota group that's "a group of concerned citizens who LOVE this country and who are willing to STAND UP for LIBERTY" has posted a cropped version of the image above on its events calendar. The entire image can be downloaded as a PDF event flyer here.
[Update November 23] The event is now listed on the CSPOA events page, download pdf here. Dakota Free Press's Cory Allen Heidelberger looks at the event in Custer Sheriff, Rapid City Legislator, Pennington Commish Host Right-Wing Enemies of Constitution and Truth. [end update]
Stand Up for Liberty lists itself as organizer for the event.

Sheriff Mack was last in Rapid City on July 20, in advance for FreedomFest2021; readers may remember he was on the poster for the Minnesota stop of the Arise USA! Resurrection Tour in rural Redwood County, but didn't make it to the Gilfillan Estate on July 8. Mack did speak at Havens Garden in Lynd, Minnesota, in late January.
For background reading on Mack and the constitutional sheriffs movement, we recommend this report [pdf] by Mark Pit, a Senior Research Fellow, Center on Extremism at the Anti-Defamation League and Kimberly Kindy's article, Boosted by the pandemic, ‘constitutional sheriffs’ are a political force, at the Washington Post.
We're keen to notice that along with the sponsors at the bottom of the poster (including former SD state legislator Blaine Campbell), there are several current electeds who are hosts for the event.
There's state representative Tina Mulally, R-Rapid City, whose district's lines were recently shifted; she voted against the change. She signed on to a resolution against vaccine mandates.
In Analysis: Did the 2021 session reveal a deeper shade of red for South Dakota's conservative Legislature?, Forum Communications political reporter Christopher Vondracek lead with Mulally:
The partisan tenor of the South Dakota legislative session may've been summed up in the waning moments on Monday, March 29, when Rep. Tina Mulally, R-Rapid City, toasted the president of the state's Republican Federation of Women chapter from the chamber floor.
"They are the backbone of the Republican Party during campaigns," Mulally said.
The House of Representatives — voting on whether to accept Gov. Kristi Noem's style-and-form recommendations on a transgender sports bill — stood to applaud. . . .
As to Custer County Sheriff Marty Mechaley, Black Hills Country reported in Crisis in the making in 2020 that Mechaley thought there was a "growing toxic atmosphere for law enforcement officers across the country."
Pennington County Commissioner Travis Lasseter campaigned for the state legislature in 2016, snagging two headlines at Dakota Free Press, Lasseter Displaying Confederate Flag on Legislative Campaign Website and Right-Wing Republican Lasseter Argues for Women’s Liberty in Pregnancy Matters.
Last March, Lasseter presented the resolution that promoted the Commission to vote to make Pennington County a Second Amendment sanctuary, Siandhara Bonnet reported in the Rapid City Journal.
As for Stand Up for Liberty, promoting the December 1 event is in line with other patriot gatherings it's promoted, including this month's Stop the Mandate Rally at the SD Capitol during the special session, August's Online: Mike Lindell's Cyber Symposium and Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz's Des Moines, IA: America First Rally, the Yankton, SD: Arise USA stop, and the anti-vaxxer celebration, Alexandria, MN: Global Health Freedom Summit 2021.
Well, jeepers.
We look forward to hearing more about the December 1 gathering.
