There's a transcription of the text in Cory Allen Heidelberger's post, Smith Sharply Skewers Lonely Cowgirl Kristi on Travel, Nepotism at Dakota Free Press for those who need to read it.
We'll stick to the South Dakota Democratic gubernatorial candidate's tweet, which requires no explication:

I'm Jamie Smith. Let's focus on South Dakota. pic.twitter.com/kml9nLBOwq
And here we're still trying to figure out where that horseride was filmed, since it sure doesn't look like the Castlewood area.
There's something so real and down home about this candidate--we're charmed. Of course, we have to admit that a tweet in June secured our vote in November. Provided both Smith and Noem stay in character.
I saw this happen. @RepJamieSmith stopped to talk with a couple on the parade route. He bent over to pet their dog. The dog raised her paw to "shake". Without pause he took the dogs paw and gave it a shake to the delight of everyone, including me. That's #SouthDakotan pic.twitter.com/OwobcC1G12
