Does 2022 Pre-Primary Report to campaign finance board tell voters what they need to know about Larvita Mcfarquhar state senate bid?

We've noted an uptick of traffic on an older post, In MN Senate District 15, Larvita McFarquhar vows to take back country from Gary Dahms.

Maybe it's the last item in Minnesota’s GOP Primary Races to Watch on Tuesday at the Tennessee Star:

Larvita McFarquhar, who was fined for keeping her restaurant open during the COVID-19 pandemic, is challenging GOP-endorsed Sen. Gary Dahms in Senate District 15.

While there's a question and answer to both candidates in Deb Gau's Dahms, McFarquhar in GOP primary for state Senate at the Marshall Independent, Bluestem thinks the best signal to voters about how to cast their ballots in this one is McFarquhar's 2022 Pre-Primary Report, viewable via the Reports and Data tab on the Mcfarquhar, Larvita Senate Committee - 18943 page  at the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board.

As the PDF of the file refused to embed on Scribd, Bluestem has posted a screenshot of her campaign fundraising and spending above. 

Incumbent Gary Dahms' report shows that he ended the reporting period with $82,820.92 Cash On Hand. DFL challenger Anita Gaul raised $9992.40, and spent all but $3,356.17.

We'd had our doubts about McFarquhar in past posts like McFarquhar: freedom fighter or attention addict? but this beats them all.
