Earlier on Monday (today), Bluestem posted Westrom residency: Klingbeil thanks intervenor; referee's decision to come no later than Tuesday.

Wojtalewicz, a respected lawyer from Appleton, Minnesota, wrote the account of the two-day hearing; we've embedded it below.
