Bluestem Prairie has been following the questions surrounding Torrey Westrom's residency in Senate District 12 by We The People third party candidate Ashley Klingbeil and her campaign manager Christine Fischer. Even before I could read the decision, Minnesota Public Radio's Brian Bakst tweeted:

Here's the decision. I'm not a lawyer, but the opinion does note the value of getting a transcript of testimony one wishes to contest.
