Bluestem has been following the tussle in Senate District 9 between endorsed Republican Jordan Rasmusson, who narrowly won the party primary, and Nathan Miller, who has claimed malfeasance in the district Republican Party's delegate selection process, the guy who came in second in said primary/
On Friday, Heather Kantrud reported for the Fergus Falls Journal in Republican party files complaint against Nathan Miller:
On Oct. 14, the Republican Party of Minnesota filed a complaint with the Office of Administrative Hearings holding Nathan Miller accountable for falsely representing himself as a Republican candidate for State Senate from District 9 on an ongoing basis.
“There’s only one Republican candidate in this race, and it’s Jordan Rasmusson,” Republican Party of Minnesota Communications Director Nick Majerus said in a release to Daily Journal Media. “Nathan Miller has been rejected by Republican voters not just once, but twice. First, he lost the endorsement to Rasmusson at the Senate District 9 Convention in April. Then, Miller lost the Republican primary in August. It’s sad that Nathan Miller cannot accept the choice of Republicans in District 9 and feels he must place his own ego ahead of the interests of voters.” . . .
A 23-page copy of the filing against Miller was provided to Daily Journal Media citing violations of the Fair Campaign Practices Act or Campaign Finance Act, which was subsequently confirmed by the Republican Party of Minnesota.

The material in the document matches the description of the complaint, other than the length of the material--and the attorney filing the complaint we received is R. Reid LeBeau II, whom readers may remember as one of the attorneys who successfully made the case that Torrey Westrom does indeed live in Senate District 12.
Read the document to learn the case LeBeau is attempting to make. Will the OAH judge believe that he's made it? The Fergus Falls Journal does not point out the consequences of a ruling in favor of the Republican Party of Minnesota might be. Fines? An apology? Removal of the word "Republican" from all of Miller's social media and campaign material?
The image at the top of this post demonstrates that at least one Miller supporter shared a poster on Facebook that called Miller a Republican. Screenshots of these images used on Miller's Facebook campaign page are among the images in the RPM filing.
It's not a stretch to claim that these images have confused Miller supporters The image was used on Rocks and Cows of Minnesota's Facebook page on October 9:
