I had errands in Aberdeen and so am late to post this lovely if cold and breezy Friday.
On Twitter, members of the Minnesota capitol press corps have shared committee chair assignments.

At Session Daily, Mike Cook reported in House committee, division chairs named for 2023-24 biennium:
House DFL leaders have announced the committee structure, chairs and the schedule lawmakers will follow when they convene Jan. 3, 2023.
“The Minnesota House DFL and our committee chairs are looking forward to working with the Minnesota Senate and Governor Walz to improve the lives of Minnesotans,” House Speaker Melissa Hortman (DFL-Brooklyn Park) said in a statement that includes a list of committees and chairs. “Our committee chairs and our caucus reflect the diversity of Minnesota and represent the entire state — from rural communities to the suburbs to Minneapolis and St. Paul. We are ready to work hard, work together, and work quickly to meet the needs of Minnesotans.”
Under the new structure, the House will have 28 committees or divisions, a decrease of three from current levels. Committee membership is expected to be named in December.
The weekly schedule will remain largely the same, with blocks of two morning meetings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; two afternoon meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday; and one afternoon meeting Thursday. Meetings will begin at 8:30 a.m. on those days and are scheduled to last 90 minutes.

We'll have more analysis as we get a chance to research the records of the chairs whose records we're not familiar with. Kunesh chairing an Education committee, Dibble heading transportation, Marty at Finance, Hansen bossing environment and natural resources, Lillie leading Legacy. No complaints here.
